      1. 3 days total body 

      2. 4 days U/L split

        3. At what age should athletes hang clean?

          1. Depends on the coaching program (could start as young as 6th grade with specialty bars)

          2. If you need to have your athletes HC then as soon as they can successfully perform an RDL 

          3. More bang for your buck with PLYOS and building strength 

          4. Yes it is a good skill to have if you can learn how to HC but it takes a LONG TIME

          5. How did I hurt my heel?

            1. Shoes- too high of a heel

            2. Soleus, calves, and foot tight 

            3. Weak calves 

            4. Poor pelvis position or control causes the foot to not work
