I see my job as a yoga teacher as having two hats, both of which are interconnected, one does not exist without the other.  I am a yoga teacher and a yoga boss.

Here is how we step into our role as a yoga boss:

1. Talk to people, tell people who you are, what you do and how you can help them.

2. Sell to people, selling is service, yoga helps people, so make me an offer!

3. Make decisions, as a yoga boss, you are in charge, so make decisions that align with you and how you want to bring yoga to the world.

Our yoga practice literally teaches all we need to know when it comes to being a yoga boss, the problem is most yoga teachers do not view themselves as a business owner.
