I have had the honor of knowing Joey for a little over four years now and to know her is truly to LOVE her. After four years of a grueling adoption process filled with a disrupted adoption and many failed adoptions, they finally welcomed a little boy into their home in April. Her and her husbands journey is truly so beautiful and showcases the reality of the adoption process and that it's not as easy as just saying "I'll just adopt"
