Now, back to sharing my dream...)Just now, I was watching the Australian Diamonds and Jamaican Sunshine Girls medal.It's my dream to be at trainings, review huddles, and support benches to clarify messages through positive language-ing.I'm looking forward to the day I can say, 'Hi, I'm Kathy Rast, the team's Consulting Linguistiologist.'Oh, this will be a proud day.This is what I'm working toward.But first, messaging.Before what we do is desired, it first has to be relevant, then important, then make sense, and then to be available.Messaging through the lens of language is building. I know this is true from the conversations I've been having since showing up here regularly.The thing about putting your dream out for others to notice can be laughed at.
