You cannot let the Enemy of your soul continue to go on unchecked. You must call the Enemy's bluff, pull the curtain back, open your spiritual eyes, and remain continually aware of the one who's truly behind the curtain.
Let's take a look at how we can fix our focus by using the amour God has equipped us with!
Use the verses below to write out a custom prayer around your circumstances. Working snippets and full verses into your prayers is powerful! The Word of the Lord is sharper than any two-edged sword. (Hebrews 4:12).
Let's throw the gloves off and take the Enemy out!
I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God's love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries for tomorrow -- not even the powers of hell can separate us from God's love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below -- indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38-39)
He is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else -- not only in this world but also in the world to come. (Ephesians 1:21)
God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:9-11)
I will exalt you, Lord, for you rescued me. You refused to let my enemies triumph over me. (Psalm 30:1)
Do not rejoice over me, O my enemy. Though I fall I will rise; Though I dwell in darkness, the Lord is a light for me. (Micah 7:8)
Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch forth Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, And Your right hand will save me. (Psalm 138:7)
By this I know that You delight in me: my enemy does not shout in triumph over me. (Psalm 41:11)
Let God arise, let His enemies be scattered, And let those who hate Him flee before Him. (Psalm 68:1)
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. (Matthew 6:13)
The Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen and protect you from the evil one. (2 Thessalonians 3:3)
