This is part of a series in which we break down the New Age Movement. In this episode I review the documentary The Meta Secret, by Mel Gill.

Through this review, I expose New Age philosophy for what it is, damaging teachings that are cleverly sprinkled with general truths. These teachings place the successes, failures, and the sickness and health of the individual on their ability to be in harmony with the universe and themselves, or the lack thereof. This leads to the reason for pain, suffering, abuse is due to the individual's choice, lack of belief, failure to forgive, and others.

Essentially, this teaching will lead someone into depression and suicidal ideations.
