Host Tariq is payed a visit by Tony Credit, Director of Student Success at Avicenna Academy, who brings his class of 11 7th and 8th graders in to learn about the nations only daily English language radio program, produced by Muslims for the mainstream market. Yes. We're talking about Radio Islam. After the off-air intro we bring the whole class on the air to talk about school, their hobbies, and what they want to be when they grown up.

In the second half, Tariq shares one of the invaluable contributions Sound Vision has continuously made over the last 31 years, Talking Points-Thinking Points, a resource which helps Muslims and their neighbors make sense of current events that impact Muslims. Tariq shares the latest issue regarding the horrific violence that took place in Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday.
