When we talk about entrepreneurs we usually imagine the stereotypical 20 year olds in sneakers and t-shirts hacking away on their macbooks in the corner of a hipster cafe drinking soy lattes. Enrico Scopa is none of that! He represents the large number of business builders who come into this later in life. Going from a structured, high-pressured consulting career to one that is full of risk and uncertainty, and a lot of adventure is quite a change. What was his trigger to make the leap?

If his life expectancy was similar to his father's, how long did he have left? He started to count the months, not the years. For Enrico, suddenly time became the most precious currency. Not wanting to spend another day doing something he didn’t enjoy became vital.

Enrico joins Vladi and Nektarios to talk about pursuing his passions, the importance of mentors, and navigating the choppy waters of a partnership, all under the idea that “time is very important. Let’s not waste time.”
