There are two types of challenges in our lives, the kind we choose, and the kind that chooses us.
In this episode, Austin sits down to discuss the lessons he's learned throughout his most recent marathon build, as well as the “real-life” struggles that have furthered his conviction in pursuing this goal.
Life isn’t easy. It will push back against your greatest ambitions and leave you questioning your purpose and potential. With each challenge, we can choose to run from or towards the resistance.
At all times, we should challenge ourselves to face a challenge of our own choosing, while subsequently facing the challenges that life throws our way. By doing this, we become more conditioned to struggle, and confident in taking meaningful actions to overcome any form of hardship.
Learn the value of physical challenges, why the agreements you make with yourself can build you up or break you down, how to leverage a sense of urgency to your advantage, and why nothing worth having comes easily.
