Hey guys, in this episode, I continue our conversation on depression and anxiety. If you haven't listened to part one, I encourage you to stop and listen first because I talk about the things I've previously mentioned.
In this episode, I discuss these topics:
- Decline in faith = Opportunity for the enemy to play games with you.
- Doing everything right but can't seem to shake the depression.
- The peace we are promised.
As an extra tidbit, I talk about how I believe fasting will help us with this.
Luke 14:27 - Peace I leave you with; my peace I give to you.
Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afriad.
Philippians 4:4–7 -
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Romans 15:13 -
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
Luke 14:26 - But the helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.
Ephesians 6:11 - Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.
