How many times have you heard someone say “I never stop grinding!” or “I’ll sleep when I’m dead!” when referring to how hard they work? We are commonly only see as productive when we work ourselves into the ground, with no regard for our mental health. In this episode, I dissect the positives and negatives of having this perspective.
