Eric and his wife, Sarah, opened The French Table in 2001. Over these last eighteen years, the restaurant and the three branches of their patisserie - The French Tarte - have thrived as a result of their popularity with the local neighbourhood.

From humble beginnings as a cook in the French army, through to working alongside some of the best Michelin-star chefs in France, what’s interesting about Eric is how his career journey has influenced his relentless focus on building a great team and aiming to always delight his customers.
