After spending some time in the corporate world, Nate jumped in with both feet into Entrepreneurship.
After a failed development sent him, his wife and child downsizing their house for a 1 bed apartment, they had to rethink their approach.
God opened up a path that made Nate $40,000 in a couple of months. He repeated this for half a year and landed $500K.
Nate Armstrong currently serves as the Investor Relations Chair for Home Invest in Sarasota FL. Nate leads the team helping investors with Real Estate.
He has coached more than 800 students across the US & Canada, has done over 1,100 real estate deals, and has been featured in NBC, ABC, spoken for Joe McCall, Ron LeGrand, Lou Brown, Jay Connor, Dean Graziosi, Mike Wolf and many more.
Closest to his heart is his wife, Jenifer. They recently celebrated 11 years together and enjoy working as a team to raise their boys.
