It's time for a short history lesson. Welcome to the first of many deep dives. In today's podcast we talk about all the foreigners in Kpop that we could find. If we missed any, let us know on twitter (our handle is @AhLai_Kristine)! We didn't talk about "groups" and "idols" that we don't consider Kpop (ex. Kaachi, Oli London, Z-girls, Z-boys, etc.) because that would've made the podcast wayyyyy too long. But keep a look out because we'll be doing a deep dive on them soon. Listen in as we talk about Chinese, Taiwanese, Japanese, Thai, Malaysian, Filipino, Indonesian, Mixed, White, and Black Kpop idols. And please appreciate the amount of research put into this, because I (Ah Lai) haven't put that much effort into anything research related since high school.
P.S. Sorry for posting a day late guys! Life's been crazy for the both of us, but we'll do our best to stay consistent and post on Saturdays!!
