On Episode 7 of What About Me? Keisha sits down with Tom and Vicki Dau from teamdau.com. Tom and Vicki Dau were married in 1987 and after a few years had the subtle, nagging feeling something wasn’t quite right. They tried the marital advice of other “experts” but it didn’t seem to work like those experts promised. It was only after Vicki's repressed sexual abuse memories started surfacing did it start to make sense. They figured out they couldn’t just take the standard marital/self-development advice but needed to work at the wedge in their relationship through the lens of a sexual abuse survivor. And that’s when they started making real progress. They figured out basic things that they needed to do that would get the fastest shifts and create the most ease and enjoyment in their relationship. Vicki works with the wives, Tom works with the husbands and both of them work with couples together.
