Then we jump into an intersectional research of the infamous Gaslighting. Gaslighting is a form of mental domination where someone makes you distrust your own thoughts or experiences, and tries to make you concede to their perceptions. "You haven't been well lately" "you're paranoid" "you're overreacting" become common weapons gaslighters use to make you question yourself.
