EP 7: How to stay in the slipstream of intention

Listen Later

Building on a previous episode’s theme, today the GroWise Be Well team talks about how they stay in the ‘slipstream of intention’, along with their unique strategies to create the world that they want to live in. With so many wonderful apps out there, we begin the conversation by recommending the app Melly, a delightful focus and relaxation app starring pandas. After chatting about meditation, we highlight how journaling can help you organize your thoughts and express your feelings. While talking about feelings of sadness, anger, or a sense of injustice, the team acknowledges the need to continually work at ‘catching our emotions’ so that we don’t become overwhelmed. Other tools that the team touches on include nature therapy, exercise, acupuncture, chromotherapy, essential oils, and how crystals help cleanse your energetic field. From the rich symbolism of tarot cards to looking to astrology and the stars to help you align your goals, they then discuss the role of divination in their lives. Near the end of the episode, Sarah shares the analogy that life is like a surfboard. Tune in to hear more from the collective wisdom of the GroWise Be Well team.
