He is a principal at Statehouse Associates, LLC, and a denizen of the Capitol, whose business it is to know everything that goes on in that storied building – the good, the bad, and the ugly! Andy speaks with Carol about how he became a specialist in government affairs, what it’s like to be deeply involved in day-to-day life at the Capitol, and how he manages to retain his idealism and good humor despite his “insider” knowledge about how the policy process really works in our state.
