Jason Leonardelli was doing what appeared to be "all the right things" in his career. He was rated as a top performer and leaders requested him by name for assignments. But he was working non-stop at the detriment of his health and happiness and knew he needed to take that step many people only wish they could do -- take a year off work to pursue other interests.
