Today, I chatted with Mary, a student who is currently studying nutrition at Drexel University. Mary has been a dancer her whole life and only recently she became a certified Barre instructor. Her love for food and health has given her the opportunity to create her own page called ‘Sprinkling of Heath’ where she shares her love for nutrition and promotes self love and confidence.
 
 
Mary talks to us all about the importance of productivity while being a student with side hustles. She understands that it's okay to have rest days and sometimes they’re absolutely essential in order to be more productive. We also dive deep into some productivity tips that both Mary and I have been using in our daily quarantine routine and TRUST ME, I’ve seen some significant changes in my level of productivity! Mary also talks to us about consistent routines, the benefits of having a planner and the idea of fully utilizing ‘work breaks’ that can highly affect your productivity.
 
 
Let’s be honest, we’re all struggling to be productive during quarantine, especially students. This is why taking some time to clear your mind is SO important.
