Fred Maulson's journey growing up in Lac Du Flambeau and impacting his community as a tribal Conservation officer branched into a far greater role creating policies that have benefitted the Native American people across the country. His work with the youth has been a theme his entire life and he is taking the next step in this journey as he runs for Tribal Chairman next month with a mission to create new economic opportunities, strengthen the community and build better relations throughout the Northwoods.
