I first met Ash over here in Bali, she was managing a yoga & gym studio in Canggu and I frequently took her classes. The way in which Ash held herself and delivered her knowledge was powerful, therefore I jumped at the chance to bring her onto the podcast to talk about her passion & skills.

 

Ash, a Holistic Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor & Massage Therapist, delves into the journey around movement and how she supports her clients into becoming the best version of themselves by; removing the restrictions, cleaning the mental shit & checking back in with yourselves.

 

This podcast highlights the importance of letting go of expectations, providing yourself with options, giving yourself a structure to achieve freedom in your movement and learning how to show up on a day to day basis without guilt or fear holding you back. 

 

Ash delivers her message beautifully, and although she is a Womxn based coach, this podcast is great for all genders.
