This week Amanda and Tam explore a darker side to customer service.  Have you ever gone home after a long day to realize your cheeseburger was missing ketchup?  Did you then drive your car through a fast food restaurant in a blind rage?  Yeah, neither have we.  But some people have.  Buckle up for some stories of when customers attack fast food employees over dumb stuff.  We also have stories of customers calling 911 when their fast food experience was less than ideal.  Think we made it up?  We wish.
