Arcadia has just wrapped up the first year of her Ph.D. and is facing some serious post-semester blues. She's getting honest about recently feeling disappointed in herself for not accomplishing enough over this past year as well as sharing the tips that she's been implementing to get over these doubts and regain her confidence.
