Lately I've been feeling the pressure of spreading myself too thin in my jewellery business, and things need to change. I’m not trying to change my whole life in two weeks, but I am trying to get STRONG. I’ve just set myself a really simple two-week challenge, and I want you to join me.


For the next two weeks, I’m committing to 10 minutes a day. Not for fitness, not for aesthetics, not because it’s the “healthiest” thing to do, but because I want to build discipline and trust with myself again.


This episode is about self-confidence. It’s about proving to yourself that you can actually do the thing you say you’re going to do. Because when you show up for yourself consistently, even in small ways, everything shifts. You start believing you’re capable and that carries into everything else.


If you’ve been feeling a bit disconnected from yourself, stuck, or like you keep letting yourself down, this is your sign to pick one small thing and commit to it for two weeks.
