This seems like an absurd question. Yet already doctors can replace our organs, give blood transfusions, and surgically attach bionic limbs.

If we continue to make any progress whatsoever, we will someday be able to replace and/or repair neurons, nerves, DNA strands, individual cells, and even perhaps the brain itself. 🧠
