Team Craft Hangout is proud to give thanks to their moms! Hear stories from all 3 hosts about how their moms have inspired them creatively. As Eliza mentions in this episode, her mom co-authored a calligraphy book in the 80s and is the OG of how-to Copperplate Calligraphy. You can check out the book here:

The gang talks about the CH Challenge #3, and Eliza discusses the details of her “Nostalgia” project and announces the launch of Craft Hangout tutorials, including the tutorial of her retro Mosquitohead-inspired T-shirt. CH Challenge #4 is revealed!
Activa sent over a pack of La Doll air dry clay, which Eliza reviews and then discusses the hot necklace she made with it. Brittany McCusker checks in with the crew and also reviews her experience using the clay.
The good peeps at Plaid sent a box of goodies to Craft Hangout. They wanted the gang to try out the REAL product that was used in the videos from Creativation called Folk Art Glitterific (they also sent a bunch of Color Shift paint). Eliza went bananas and did 3 projects with it. One project was used in tandem with the Activa La Doll clay, and the other two are surprises.
As promised, here is a link to the fantastic Glitterific product reviewed:
