Off The Kit | Episode 7
In this episode I talk about my time away from my socials, and even drumming. Reasons for this had included burnout, depression and a lovely existential crisis. I discuss all this and how I was thankfully able to turn things around, and slowly get back into the 'groove' of things. Maybe some of this will resonate, or at the very least, be of intrigue to some.
