Often we are put down or made to feel bad when we are going through a tough time because we should feel gratitude for the blessings in our life. Thing is we are are allowed to have bad moments but then we can recognize it’s not a bad forever. We can appreciate what we have and stop being hyper focused on what we don’t have. We can have bad moments without bad days. Giving ourselves Grace then translates to being able to look at the glass half full.
