What's it about the corporate world, that makes us dress up, speak and behave so differently from 9 to 5 on weekdays? Does the term 'work-life balance' imply that work is ... the opposite of life?
It's a complicated world where Assistant Vice Presidents and Senior Associate Directors hustle all day, looking to hire rockstar developers and experienced product ninjas to join their rocket-ships and man their war-rooms. Tony and Nitin wade in, and try to figure out how the masks we wear and the stories we tell ourselves at work are closely linked to our purpose, and our sense of self.
