In a day and age where vitriol and divisive rhetoric is the norm on social media, the divide between people is growing. As language defines culture, we are left with a tinder box about to ignite. There was a time when a president calmed the nation with one particular address that sounds more like a religious sermon then a proclamation. It's time we have someone rise to the same national prominence and speak like that again.
