Will Galaspy, Head Brewmaster at Burning Bush Brewery, has traveled the country brewing beer.  He shares some favorite memories of the past, the feeling of being overwhelmed at the positive response from the community since opening the new brewery, and doing his part to save the planet by composting his spent grain through WasteNot Compost.  He also drops knowledge about the little-known style of the Weizenbock beer style.
