Katy Willis and Jeni Brockbank discuss the concept of a "Window of Tolerance," incorporating the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Katy shares her wealth of knowledge about the different parts of the brain that are involved when we get outside of our Window of Tolerance. There is discussion about Captain Moroni being hangry, the Savior drawing in the sand instead of reacting and examples with Nephi as well.
Just like temples, our bodies need to be maintained so that we can stay within our window of tolerance.
Thanks for healing with us in the Light of the Savior.
