In 2007, Twiztid decided it was time to make some big plays. Similar to The Green Book, they would "play the industry card" and secure guests for their next album, but rather than try and get super massive guests that everyone knew of, this time, they would showcase the underground. The JJ Boyz decided to do the same thing, and we secured our OWN guest, ending the (fake) beef with the one and only Robbie, better known as TwiztidHistory. Who has the guest spot on this record? Does Twiztid's first time working with Seven on a number of tracks set the tone for the future? If the Weak Shit was Out in 2007, why do some people think it's what Twiztid is doing in 2021 (not Mike, he fucking lives for the new shit)? Find out the answers to these and more. Get your grill ready and crack open a cold one with the boys, for today we celebrate... Independents Day.
Major thanks to Robbie for joining us on this episode. We had a blast chatting and look forward to having him on again in the future. Show him props on his awesome Instagram page @TwiztidHistory!
