Dr. Kimberly Colclough, a native of Brooklyn, New York, is a researcher specializing in the intersectionality of race, gender, and education, with a particular focus on the mentoring experiences of Black women. Her work is dedicated to dismantling barriers and fostering inclusive environments that promote growth and self-empowerment. Dr. Colclough serves as a counselor in the SEEK program at New York City College of Technology and is an adjunct professor in the Africana Studies department at John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
