In this episode, I speak to Hannah Hardy-Jones about navigating mental health.
Hannah is the co-founder of Contented, an AI startup that turns talk into extraordinary outcomes, capturing meetings and conversations and creating meaningful outputs.
She previously founded The Kite Program, a mental health tech company, and has used her background in HR and psychology within her work, as well as her lived experience of postpartum bipolar.
As leaders, we're often expected to have all the answers, but navigating mental health, both our own and others’, is not about having a perfect solution. It's about creating environments where your team feels seen, heard, and supported.
If we can recognise the early signs and open the door to these conversations, we can help reduce burnout and stress in the workplace.
Here’s what we talk about:
All leaders need to listen to this one. It is the foundation to understanding mental health so that you can foster healthier, more supportive workplaces.
I would love to hear from you about your experience in mental health in the workplace. Please feel free to reach out via Instagram or LinkedIn.
If you know someone who would benefit from listening to this episode, please pass it on.
