Rigid Meal Plans versus Flexible Dieting (IIFYM) What is better for me: flexible dieting or a meal plan for weight loss? Today I'm going to give you some information on two approaches to weight loss along with their pros and cons. I'll be talking about the IIFYM diet (if it fits your macros) versus a rigid meal plan for weight loss. We'll also dive into a study comparing the results of weight loss and gained fat free mass among participants doing either the IIFYM diet or the rigid meal plan.
