Emille Lacsa joins Cinematic Heartland to discuss his beginnings in filmmaking and his career. I grew up on the early days of MTV so was very interested in hearing about Emille’s work in music videos. I was surprised to hear of the current demand for music videos in the Heartland. We talk about how he got representation with The Peak Agency out of Des Moines, Iowa as well as his role in Stay Indie. How does he balance his busy schedule, what are his directing processes, and what has his journey been like?
