TODAY, I have a wonderful interview for us with my friend, colleague, and fellow creative, Megan Febuary. Megan is an Author, Trauma-Informed Book Coach, and leading expert in creative recovery. Megan and I get into a lot of things as creatives ourselves and folx that facilitate space for others to connect with their more true, more connected, more repaired selves. We talk about wearing multiple hats as creatives, rewriting the narratives of who and how we are and how we have to work or produce as creatives, what trauma informed care is, healing our stories by hearing others’ stories (fighting isolation), and how we’re all in a constant state of uncovering and some shares around what that looks like for us personally.
