• • I have already told you all the first staff person I am hiring in my home is personal chef. This part of the Ch. Had me cracking up…pg. 171
• Now this is a question I have for you. I mean Racheal and I have for you. Pg.173-176

How you financially rich but emotional broke? And can money buy happiness?

• For my entrepreneurs she discusses what to do after you hire your first assistant. She gave 25 things you can delegate to your personal assistant immediately. If you want that list just email me @[email protected] subject personal assistant.
• I want to spend time discussing delegation. Which I think is a major struggle for a lot for me and you. Racheal says on pg. 166
• This is one of favorite parts of the chapter because it just shows it levels to this. And after taking some assessments I realize I need to follow the processes even closer. Pg.187-188
• Now this is typically where you and I get in our heads and sabotage ourselves. pg. 189-196

The challenge of the week

• Delegate a task

It could be anything:

• If you are a parent delegate a task to your kiddo that you know good darn well, they can handle.
• If you are a wife delegate/communicate with your husband I need you can you do this…
• If you have an assistant and there is a task you know they should be doing it and you won't give it up because they don't do like you. Delegate it.
• Maybe you are a manager and not delegating task to employees you know it's in their job description, but you don't want conflict. Delegate it.
