Where I divert from the common thinking around action is setting goals. Usually we see this, this is my reason for it. Usually we set goals within the parameters of what we know. For instance, we so an exercise come back again in the way that we did it before goals work when we have done it before, when we have accomplished something before, we can replicate it.
