An inspiring conversation recently with recovery coach, Tracy O'Malley, for the Finding Proof podcast. 

Tracy is a woman with a lived experience of multiple generations of addition. Not only has she overcome the struggle of her own recovery, she now coaches others to overcome addiction, break the multi-generational patterns that keep them stuck, and cheerleads them on to achieve great things in their own lives. 

I loved this discussion about the work we both do, and  the challenges of vulnerability, parenting, business, and much more!
