This week's episode is special to me and I am so glad it finally came to fruition. Renee Montgomery, former WNBA 2x Champion and now part owner of the Atlanta Dream as well as founder of the Renee Montgomery Foundation, came on the show to discuss her movement and philosophy of "moments equal momentum". If anyone knows, I have this tattooed very large on my right leg because of the significance of these words and how they impacted my thought process in every aspect of life. So stoked to have finally met and chatted with Renee, and the coolest part was she had her wife, mother and whole team on with her!
