In this months edition of the "Inner Work" Podcast we explore the concept of Empowerment.

We balance out the discussion by exploring Dis-Empowerment and we finish with the exploration of Courage.

This podcast was inspired from a Men's Support Group that I had the privilege of being invited to as a guest.

The topic was empowerment and the more we discussed it, the more it inspired me to share my thoughts and feelings through this podcast. 

One of my mentors Chris Jackson said something along the lines of "Courage leads to Confidence" and bingo, the podcast was born.
