Today we discuss an olympic mindset, being around 9’s and 10’s and winning.
Welcome back to the 73rd episode of the Hard Thing Podcast.
Today I share my conversation with realtor, real estate investor, host of Another Way to Play Podcast, and Olympic Athlete, Hans Struzyna.
We start off the show talking about Hans run up to the 2016 Olympic games as a rower. He and his team ended up taking 4th and that sent him into somewhat of a tailspin.
We then talk about what it’s like to develop an olympic mindset and how to become a high performing individual.
We spend some time talking about team dynamics and what it takes to make a great team.
Later in the show, we transition into talking about Hans’ business and how he got started.
It was a tremendous conversation that really made me want to be a better person and strive for more in my life.
Hans also left us some action items:
Write Goals daily
Get on a routine with your exercise (and everything else)
Audit the people around you (look for 9’s and 10’s).
Thanks for listening to the show. Make sure you subscribe so you never miss an episode.
