If you'd asked me a year ago if I thought people should be leaders or managers, I would have insisted that we need leaders. Let's do away with managers!

But now, I'm changing my mind. I still agree that there are too few leaders in management positions, but I also think that we need leaders who can manage. OR, we need managers who can lead.

I'll be satisfied with either combination.
