We are not supposed to be transforming our behavior into joy. We are looking for Joy to manifest in our lives from the Holy Spirit. This is tremendously liberating.

"The joy of the Lord is your strength." Neh 8:10 What is the JOY of the Lord? And How does that become our strength? Is our view of God stern and serious and demanding? How does God's Holy Spirit manifest joy?
