This week we travel to Italy to learn about the most haunted island in the world: Poveglia Island in the Venetian Lagoon. Poveglia has a history dating back to 421 and for centuries it was used as a quarantine island for people with the Black Plague.  It's estimated that 160,000 died on the island. And that was BEFORE the mental asylum was there.
