Usually after a weekend of eating all the food, we vow to be perfect on Monday to clean things up... But by Thursday, perfect is less than perfect and by Friday, we just want to eat all the food, starting the weekend binge again.

What if we just focused on getting to "normal" instead of perfectly clean?

And yes, normal is imperfect. Imperfect is normal.
