There are so many pieces that make a GOOD clinician (BCBA). The same goes for any role when serving others. There is not a list at this point to tell if you are getting a good BCBA. That's like asking how do you know you have a good physician. However, there are effects and behaviors that you can see to gauge the BCBA's perspective on if you or their client is being put first.
